TalkTheDoc supports PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX, XLS), PowerPoint (PPTX), CSV, TXT, and Images (JPG, PNG, WebP). Upload any document up to 50MB.

How does voice chat work?

Click the microphone button to start a voice session. Speak your question naturally, and our AI will respond with spoken answers using Google Gemini Live API.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Your documents are processed securely and stored with encryption. We never share your content with third parties except for AI processing. See our Security page for details.

What's included in the free plan?

The free plan includes document uploads, text chat, and limited voice minutes. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited documents, more voice minutes, and priority support.

Can I delete my documents?

Yes, you can delete any document at any time from your library. Deleted documents are permanently removed from our systems.

How accurate are the AI responses?

Our AI provides answers based on your document content. While generally accurate, we recommend verifying important information. AI should not replace professional advice.

Can I use TalkTheDoc on mobile?

Yes, TalkTheDoc works on mobile browsers. We recommend using Chrome or Safari for the best voice experience.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing and click 'Manage Subscription'. You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your billing period.
